Zodiac Milpro Group has been acquired by Oaktree Capital in a move announced yesterday (4 February) that promises to give the company a significant advantage in the comptetitive market for professional and military inflatable and rigid inflatable boats (RIBs).

“The Zodiac Milpro and Zodiac Hurricane brand names identify our reputation for product design, quality and support and it has been built upon the commitment to meeting the needs of military or civil customers anywhere in the world.
